The premise
Certainty is the product.
Most development risk is the gap between what an investor is shown and what eventually gets delivered. We close that gap by designing the model first — structure, elevation, unit plan and every finish selection resolved and visualised up front. What you review here is what gets manufactured.
Because the models are volumetric modular, the building is assembled in a controlled factory while site work runs in parallel. That compression is where the schedule — and the return — comes from.
The designs
Three model designs. Every one customisable.
Two townhome models and a four-storey apartment building, engineered for modular from the first line. Plans, elevations and interiors live on the designs page — have a look, then tell us about your site.
The build sequence
Lot to finished structure.
How a Residences build runs — from an empty parcel through foundation, crane-set modules, four storeys and finished facade. Steps two and three overlap; that overlap is the schedule saving.
Cleared lot, utilities located, staging planned.
Footings and slab poured while modules are in production.
volumetric modules craned into position.
Four storeys closed in and weather-tight.
Siding, trim, cornice and entry canopy completed.
Working with DHC
Two ways to bring us in.
Whether you already have a builder or want a single point of accountability from raw land forward, the modular system is the same.
Modules & finishes supplied
We manufacture, deliver and crane-set the volumetric modules with the specified finish package. Your team carries the site and foundation.

Turnkey — land to finished structure
We take the parcel and hand back a finished building. One contract, one schedule, one party accountable.
- Site work, foundation and utilities
- Module manufacture, delivery and crane set
- Facade, finishes and closeout

Coverage
Where we build — and where we deliver.
As the general contractor: New York, Connecticut and New Jersey. We run the whole project — permits, site work, foundations, crane set, close-in and finish — across Westchester, Putnam and the Hudson Valley, Fairfield County and coastal Connecticut, and northern New Jersey.
As the modular supplier: all 50 states. Outside our GC footprint we engineer and build your modules, deliver them, and crane-set them weathertight on your foundation. Your local team takes it from there, with full documentation from ours.
Either way it starts with the same conversation: your site, your unit count, your timeline.
