In Carmel, NY, Dream Home Creators turned 1,200 square feet of bare concrete into a finished lower level – a bedroom, a full spa bathroom with a walk-in shower, a laundry room, a large storage room and multiple closets, plus a new side entrance with a sliding glass door onto a new paver patio. Waterproofing, framing, insulation, electrical, plumbing, drywall, flooring and paint, all under one contract and one project manager, with the permits filed by us.
Where We Started
Concrete walls, a concrete floor and nothing else. The first work was below the slab: cutting in the drain lines and setting the sewage ejector so a full bathroom and laundry could live down here.

The Finished Space
A new sliding door brings daylight into what used to be a concrete box, and the plank flooring runs from the entry through the hallway to the bedroom. The bathroom was built from our Spa design – the homeowners chose it from the designs on our site, every tile and fixture already selected and proven to work together.
